What’s Included
Labor and Birth Support
My goal is to help you achieve the birth that you desire and feel empowered, acting as your biggest advocate throughout the process.
Two in-person prenatal sessions in which we’ll create your list of birth preferences, discuss stages of labor, laboring and birthing positions, plans and expectations for postpartum, and talk through any anxiety (and excitement!) you might be feeling during this time
Unlimited communication via email, text or calls from the time you hire me until 3 months postpartum
Access to my entire list of resources and referral network
On-call support starting at 38 weeks, until the birth of your baby (an earlier on-call time frame can be arranged for families expecting to deliver earlier for various reasons)
Continuous support throughout the duration of your labor. I’ll be there from the time you need me through delivery
Support for your partner (if applicable), someone who is oftentimes overlooked during birth and who I firmly believe deserves to be included in this process
During labor I will advocate for the type of birth you desire while assisting with comfort measures and emotional support
Up to two hours of immediate postpartum support
One in-person postpartum visit, within two weeks of your birth
I support all different kinds of births: in a hospital, birthing center, or home, medicated, unmedicated, VBAC, cesarean section. I will always meet you where you’re at.
This package is a rate of $2300
*Sliding scale pricing available. Please reach out to inquire.

These early days with your newborn can be full of uncertainty, so my goal is to ensure that you feel supported emotionally and physically, which includes:
Emotional support, talking through any feelings you may be having throughout this time, and providing a non-judgmental listening ear
Assistance with newborn care, including diapering, soothing techniques, bathing, and guidance on developing a healthy daily routine for the baby
Basic household tasks and maintenance like laundry, simple meal prep, laundry, dishes, basic errands, etc.
Lactation Support if applicable, including guidance and encouragement for successful breastfeeding
Assistance with post-birth recovery such as comfort measures, resources for managing common postpartum issues like perineal care, C-section recovery, and pelvic floor health.
Support in integrating new siblings into the family dynamic by providing age-appropriate care, helping siblings adjust to their new role, and ensuring they feel included and loved during the transition to becoming an older brother or sister.
Access to my entire list of resources and referral network such as local support groups, physicians, classes, and alternative health care providers
The above services are offered at $50/hour, with a minimum of 4 hours per visit.
